You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services, use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse any proprietary technology or intellectual property, and maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, AI models, and materials provided through our services remain the intellectual property of The Good Managers or our licensors unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement. Custom automations built for your business are licensed for your use under the terms of your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Good Managers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as specified in your service agreement. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease, and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable data retention requirements.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.
