Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the services provided by The Good Managers, including our website at thegoodmanagers.com and all related property management platform services.
Service Description
The Good Managers provides custom property management software, hosting, maintenance, and automation services for independent property managers. Our services include access to your custom tools, configuration, data management, and ongoing support.
User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, use our services only for lawful purposes, not attempt to copy or reproduce our work, and maintain the confidentiality of any credentials provided to you.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, code, and materials provided by The Good Managers remain our intellectual property unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement. Your custom features and tools are licensed for your use under the terms of your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Good Managers shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with an export of your data. Access to your custom ecosystem will cease at the end of the current billing period.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tokyo, Japan.
