How long does a project take?

Foundation projects are typically delivered in 1-2 weeks. Growth projects take 2-4 weeks. Enterprise solutions take 4-8 weeks.

Do I need technical skills?

No technical skills required. We handle design, development, deployment, and ongoing support.

General Terms of Sale

The terms governing the sale of our custom property management software and services.

Purpose

These General Terms of Sale (GTS) govern the contractual relationship between The Good Managers and its clients for the provision of property management software, hosting, and support services for independent property managers.

Services

The Good Managers provides property management software, cloud hosting, support, data management, and process automation services. The specific details of each service are defined in the plan selected by the client.

Pricing

Service prices are indicated in US dollars. Prices are those in effect at the time of subscription. The Good Managers reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that existing subscriptions will continue at their current rate until renewal.

Payment

Payment is made by automatic monthly credit card charge or bank transfer. Subscription fees are invoiced monthly at the beginning of each billing period.

Duration

The subscription is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. The service continues until either party terminates with 30 days written notice.

Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client receives a full export of their data. Amounts already paid remain non-refundable.

Liability

The Good Managers' liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client in the last 12 months. The Good Managers shall not be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, or loss of profit.

Personal Data

Personal data collected in the context of the business relationship is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

Applicable Law

These GTS are governed by Japanese law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, following an attempt at amicable resolution.
